Water treatment supplier

Have had to call Pettis three times in the last year for various plumbing issues and was happy with their service every time. Very friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Appreciate them taking the time to explain the issues and how they’re being resolved. Home owning is stressful, but they take a little bit of that stress away!

What an amazing company! I had a plug somewhere in my bathroom system that was causing water to back up and leak (pour!) into my basement and around my toilet. They came, were very knowledgeable and walked me through everything. Fast, kind and professional. They even fixed/secured my toilet that was rocking/loose without me asking. 1000% recommend and they will be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

Jeff and Jamie just installed a new furnace and heat pump and we were impressed with the work ethic. Both Jeff and Jamie took great care throughout the installation process and they answered all our questions with ease during the last 2 days. Overall, we are extremely happy with both these professionals as well as with Enercare.

I first called the Water Shed in 2008 to replace the water softener that was in my home and have been very happy with this company's services over the past 15 years. My advice to customers is to stay on top of the maintenance and you will be fine. A bonus is that the company calls me every year to schedule an appointment, which makes my life a bit easier because this is one less chore that I need to remember.The staff are highly competent and courteous. Even more impressive is that this company has maintained a high level of customer service over the years despite internal changes to the personnel and the company's structure. I mention this because few businesses can pull this off.

We had a water system installed in our home by Simply Pure Water the week we moved in....13YEARS ago. This week was the first time it had an issue and Chris was happy to sort out the problem. Thanks again for the years of clean water.

I bought this system about 20 months before. I had never heard about this system before. Since it was in Costco, I trusted the product. But I am quite disappointed with the system. Sometimes, taste of water is fine but mostly it is salty and has a weird taste. I got it checked from the dealer and has to pay for the technician visit. As per technician, nothing is wrong. But I am completely dissatisfied with the product as my problem is not solved. I will not recommend this product to anyone. There are cheaper and better option available in the market.
